Music Loops and Royalties

2.1 Use of Music Loops: As part of the Course, we may provide music loops or samples for you to use in your music production. If you choose to use these music loops, you agree to the following:

(a) Contact Requirement: You must contact Anthony Woart Jr/Papiyerr LLC before selling any music created using the provided music loops to an artist, record label, or any other entity.

(b) Royalty Ownership: By using the music loops, you agree that Anthony Woart Jr/Papiyerr LLC will own 50% of the publishing and master royalties generated from any music created using these loops. This includes any future income derived from the music, including but not limited to sales, licensing, streaming, and performances.

2.2 Reporting and Payment: You agree to promptly report any sales, licensing agreements, or other relevant activities related to the music created using the music loops. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, as well as making any necessary payments to Anthony Woart Jr/Papiyerr LLC for its share of the royalties.

Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights, in the Course content, materials, and resources, are owned by Anthony Woart Jr/Papiyerr LLC or its licensors. You agree not to infringe upon these rights.

3.2 Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course content solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

(a) Copy, modify, distribute, or sell any Course content or materials without prior written permission from

(b) Use the Course or its content for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes;

(c) Share your login credentials or provide unauthorized access to the Course to any third party;
